How we work
What you would be walking into
Ownership, not tickets
You are accountable for the quality of your work and the success of what you build, not for closing items someone else wrote. Scope comes with the responsibility to question it.
Built for a global audience
We design for international users from the first line of code. What you build is used by people in time zones and contexts you will never share, which changes how you make decisions.
Security is not a later phase
Customer data, intellectual property and infrastructure are treated as first-order concerns. You will be expected to think about them while you design, not after review.
Room to learn in public
We invest in education and experimentation, and we would rather you tried something and explained what happened than played it safe and shipped nothing.

How the process runs
Four steps, and you always hear back. We have both been on the other side of a process that goes quiet.

You write to us
A short note and whatever shows your work best — a repository, a project, a piece of writing. We read every one. No form to fill in, and no résumé screen you cannot see.

A conversation
Forty-five minutes with the person you would work with. What you have built, what you want to build, and what we are actually trying to do. Both directions.

A piece of real work
A scoped, paid exercise close to the work itself, or a walkthrough of something you already own. We do not run whiteboard puzzles or take-homes that eat your weekend.
04
A decision, either way
You hear back with a yes or a no and the reasoning behind it. Silence is not an answer we give.
