Privacy Policy
What this website collects, why, and what we do not do. It is a short policy because the site does very little.

01Who this policy is from
Allora Digital Group LLC is a limited liability company formed in the State of New York, United States. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Allora Digital Group LLC. For data protection purposes we are the controller of the information described below.
You can reach us about privacy at privacy@alloradigitalgroup.com, or through the contact form on this site.
02What this policy covers — and what it does not
This policy applies to this corporate website only: the pages describing our company, our platforms and our shared technology foundation.
It does not apply to the platforms themselves. Nexosphere, CastLooms and DataAfrik are separate services with their own accounts, their own data handling and their own privacy policies. Following a link from this site to one of those platforms takes you somewhere governed by different terms, and you should read them.
03What we collect
We collect only what you send us and what a web server unavoidably sees. There is no account to create here, and nothing to sign in to.
- Contact form — your name, email address, the subject you selected, your message, and your organization if you choose to give one. We also record the IP address the message came from, stored alongside it.
- Newsletter — your email address, and which page you subscribed from.
- Server records — your IP address, the page requested, the time, and your browser's user-agent string. These are the ordinary logs any web server keeps.
04Why we hold it, and on what basis
Your contact submission is held so that we can read it and reply. In jurisdictions that require a lawful basis, ours is legitimate interest: you wrote to a company expecting an answer.
Your newsletter address is held on the basis of your consent, given when you submitted the form. You may withdraw it at any time, and every message we send includes a way to do so.
Server records are held to keep the site available and to defend it against abuse — the submission forms are rate limited by IP address, which is not possible without briefly retaining one.
05What we do not do
This section is as important as the one above, and it is short by design.
- This site sets no cookies. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.
- There is no advertising network, no tracking pixel and no third-party analytics script on these pages.
- We do not sell, rent or trade personal information, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising.
- We do not build profiles of visitors, and no decision affecting you is made about you automatically.
- We do not use what you send us to train machine learning models.
06Who else sees it
We use a small number of service providers to run this site — hosting and email delivery. They process information only on our instructions, only to provide their service, and they are not permitted to use it for their own purposes.
We will disclose information if the law compels us to, or where it is necessary to establish or defend a legal claim. If we are ever served with a demand for your information and are permitted to tell you, we will.
07Where it is held
We are a United States company and our infrastructure is operated in the United States. If you write to us from outside the United States, your message is transferred there.
Where a transfer out of the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area requires a safeguard, we rely on the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses with the providers concerned.
08How long we keep it
Contact submissions — including the IP address recorded with them — are kept for twenty-four months from the date we receive them, so that we can pick up a conversation where it left off, and then deleted automatically. If a submission becomes part of a contract or a legal matter, it is kept as long as that record is required.
Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe, plus a short period afterwards recording that you asked to be removed — which is how we make sure you are not added again by mistake.
Server records are kept for ninety days.
09Your rights
Wherever you are, you may ask us for a copy of what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us and we will act on it.
If you are in the United Kingdom or the European Economic Area, you also have the right to object to processing carried out on the basis of legitimate interest, to ask us to restrict processing, to receive your information in a portable form, and to withdraw consent at any time without affecting what was done before you withdrew it. You may complain to your national supervisory authority; in the UK that is the Information Commissioner's Office.
If you are a California resident, you have the rights to know, delete, correct, and to opt out of sale or sharing. We do not sell or share personal information as those terms are defined by the CCPA, so there is nothing for you to opt out of. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any right.
To exercise any of these, email privacy@alloradigitalgroup.com from the address you used, or use the contact form. We answer within thirty days. We may need to ask you something to confirm the request is genuinely yours — we will ask for as little as possible.
10Security
The site is served over HTTPS. Submissions are validated and rate limited, access to what you send is restricted to the people who need it, and we keep the amount of information we hold small, which is the most reliable protection there is.
No system is perfectly secure, and we will not claim otherwise. If a breach affecting your information occurs, we will notify you and the relevant regulator where the law requires it.
11Children
This site is a corporate website intended for a professional audience. It is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from anyone under sixteen. If you believe a child has sent us something, write to us and we will delete it.
12Changes to this policy
When this policy changes, the version number and effective date at the top of the page change with it. Substantive changes will be announced on this page before they take effect.
